"I called Rescue1 based on Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed.  Il left the repair cost box blank because everyone's needs will vary, based on the job, complications, etc.  I did call two other plumbers for estimates, and Larry's estimate was extremely competitive.  Larry listened to my description of the small rust marks around and on my water heater, and agreed that it probably needed to be replaced.  I'm happy that he is tech-savvy -- the night before the repair, I thought I had a major problem, and texted him with the question.  He responded ASAP to my question -- problem solved!  He and his assistant showed up on time, used the little booties religiously, and got right to work.  He was attentive to my concerns about the placement of the drain pan and heater itself.  He even made a proactive fix to a drain pipe because he didn't like its potential for leaking. Larry answered all my questions, educated me about how to keep the water heater running well, and had a great can-do attitude.  I will definitely use Recsue1 for my future plumbing/gas work.

While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable!
