"We had a kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, backsplash, lighting) and 2 bathrooms remodels (new tiled shower, new tub and sinks. "We took advantage of a BIg Deal (6 man-hours for $149), but the work required two days of effort due to the extensive repairs. Owner Brian Hurley gave us a $300 discount. He and his two-man crew arrived at 9:30 a.m. each day (30 minutes after the scheduled time) and worked until 2:30-2:45 p.m., with a 30-minute break for lunch. They supplied the sheetrock, mud and tools; we provided the paint. On the first day, they repaired the damaged spots on the walls and ceiling, put on tape and mud, then textured the area. The next day, after everything had dried, they painted the walls and ceiling. However, they had to redo a couple of spots where some gouging had occurred.
Overall, we are satisfied with the results. The hallway and bedroom look much better. Some of the texturing doesn't match the original wall surface, but that's understandable. Brian was friendly, polite and checked up on his workers. At our request, he gave us a quote for a bathroom renovation, too.
