He changed the wiring connected to the water heater and main power source up to code based on his recommendation of required amps, he changed 8 outside 2nd story flood lights, switched an outlet, and trouble-shot that a light buld was screwed in in correctly. However, he did spend at least 2/3 of hours troubleshooting and seems sincere but his price still probably beats most. But I thought $200 for labor $100 for materials was pricey. However, does good work and others would have charged more. Can't go wrong with him."
