"From the time if the initial estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service.

He provided the most thorough estimate of any of the 6 companies we had come out, to the point that he got on the roof and examined all areas for evidence of wood rot before giving us a quote. His quote was the most reasonable of all the ones we received, and he was the only company that did not try to upsell us. He was also willing to install gutter guards which we purchased separately as part of the install. John worked extremely hard and had the rotten boards replaced, and new gutters/guards installed within 3 days. Everything was cleaned up and after the rain last night we have gutters that actually move rain water off our roof and through the downspouts like they are supposed to! We're very happy."
