"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "I am extremely pleased with the service they provided in repairing my dryer. We called on a Wednesday and dropped the dryer off the next morning. We received a call with the issues found and the cost for repair. The dryer had at least 3 issues and the cost was reasonable. The diagnostic fee was waived when we decided to have it fixed. The most amazing thing was that it was ready for pickup on Friday. I highly recommend Bell's Appliance Service."
