"My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. I need to remember it was a patch not a new roof. Try them, they came out between rain storms and fixed my leak."

"Had a great experience from start to finish. Chris Lacky came to the house and assessed the project size and spent a lot of time explaining the metal roofing options and we settled on a shingle looking aluminum roof. After a short life for our previous asphalt roof we decided to go with metal. The scheduling had a few bumps due to the rainy summer but ECMR kept us up to date and when they scheduled the install, the took care of all the deliveries and dumpster needs. We had Baha and his instal crew for our job and they were non-stop workers staying well into darkness during the install including working a couple of weekend days to make up for rain days. Baha was dedicated to doing a quality install and he made it happen. His crew also were very neat in keeping the area cleaned up during the process. Great experience and looking for many years service from the roof."

They had a woman working with them she was wonderful, I was impressed! They worked from 7-6pm! They cleaned up after did a Beautiful job. "I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"Quality and reliability all rolled into one roofing contractor. Several weeks ago LCT installed a new roof on our home. We were delighted with the workmanship and the quality of the workers. Several weeks later, during a severe wind storm, the cap blew off our chimney pipe. (This had no bearing on the work they had done; it was completely storm related.) Despite being bombarded with calls because of roof damage from the storm, Luis and his crew squeezed us in and replaced the cap before rain was expected. We canâ  t say enough about LCT Roofing Construction. We HIGHLY recommend them!"

I went with the patch repair and a month later it was completed. They even were good at cleaning up and looking for dropped nails."
