"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "When he came out to inspect he thought he need a special piece of metal he ordered, let us know that there was a delay and he was more than happy to schedule the most convenient time for us he is very accommodating and he also informed us the reason we are having some problems. He also took care of all the metal panels. He is very responsive in a timely manner and all of our questions were answered.
