Always made time to converse in between transitions of roof to soffit. They all had great personalities, and I would hire them again in a heart beat. I had both roofs to the garage and house done. As well as fascia facing and soffit repair. They addressed future concerns that I may need to address in the future. Also, had them chimney sweep my fireplace. "The Doctor Flue team came out to my place right on time (actually, early!) and called ahead with their ETA. They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Cannot recommend them enough, all around a very positive experience."

"It went very well. I tried "the other guy" but he never followed through like he said he would. I called Ugly Shingles and they were very responsive and did exactly what they said when they said. The guys were friendly and clean cut. Price seemed high, but I did not compare prices with any other roof cleaner. The only thing they didn't do was to call when they were on their way, which I had requested. But I did not have to be home when the roof was cleaned. Roof looks great, too. They cleaned the front half of the roof and I have a small ranch style home."

The siding, gutters, leaf guard and two new windows was done with the same care and quality as the roof install. This was done in December 2017 and into January 2018. A1 was the best from Jeff at the initial quoting process to the owner Paul and the entire team to job completion. The roof lead was Phil, and the siding lead was Craig.
