Everything went as planned.
They passed inspection the first time.  The inspector only asked that I have them come back and add some additional sealant over the screws in the bottom of the windows.  The inspector passed them without them doing that.  He just said he suggested it to make it perfect.  D&D came out the next day and did what he had asked.

"John's Renovation Services did a great job from start to finish. 3 Kitchen cabinets needed to be removed and replaced due to water damage. Once the cabinets were removed additional water damage was found behind the cabinets. New sheet rock and new cabinets were installed promptly. Brandon Johns and his helper did an unbelievable job in a few days and now the kitchen looks like new again."

Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. "She was amazing! Very knowledgeable she came out to do a deed cleaning on all my appliances because my refrigerator was give of weird taste to my food. Took everything apart cleaned it steamed cleaned all my vents out in my refrigerator. My light wasn’t working on my oven and replace something in my oven light working now and cleaned it out. My dryer was taking a long to dry my clothes she cleaned my vent that goes out my house put back vacuum all the lint out my dryer and working fine don’t have to dry my clothes three times now. Well knowledgeable and save me a lot of money because I am TRASH QUEEN lol I was going through everything away buy all new appliances. Thank you for all your help and amazing customer service.
