"I hired SPP to build a fence with two gates. I also requested some decorative personalization to one of the gates. The job turned out beautifully. Everyone was friendly. Communication was easy. They also started and finished my job early, so I got my fence several weeks before it was initially planned. My neighbors, who seem to more about fences than I do, also commented on the nice job. Bonus: SPP also had the lowest price (MUCH LOWER) compared to other local companies."

He didn't try to upsell, or dilly dally, and was totally upfront and honest as to what needed to be done, what i needed to do to prep the install so i didn't get charged anything extra. His honesty won me over and i hired him. they came out to the house when they told me they were, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and finished in 2 days (ripping out old fence, hauling it, re-digging and installing fence posts, installed the new fence). It was a decent sized job and the fence is super sturdy, and i'm very very happy. 100% would use them again. No doubt."

"they were very prompt and professional to visit and do the free estimate. They took a bit longer than anticipated to build the fence, and the sales person completely detached from me once the contract was signed. There was no follow up from him or the company as of the status of the installation unless I initiated it with a phone call. They gave me a day's notice as I requested, but I think I only knew they were coming because I asked.
The day of the job, two men showed up, but a couple hours later I realized there was only one man working. I came out to bring him water and found out the other person was only there to help deliver the material, but he would be working alone because his assistant was hurt on a job recently and is not back yet. For this reason he took a day and a half to finish (which I think was remarkable), but he said under normal circumstances they would have been done in a day for sure.
The gentleman was attentive, courteous, and certainly a hard worker. 
When he finished, there was a lot more lose dirt around the site than I anticipated, but I have to assume that if two people were working, the site would have been left much cleaner, so I don't hold this against him. Overall, I think he did an excellent job. The fence is very straight and looks very neat. They used stainless steel on the gate locks for durability, which is a plus. 
I got a quote from another company for this same job, and a third one that I made an appointment with never showed up for the estimate. SFR offered a competitive price against the other, about $400 less. I am not overly excited and impressed by their customer service, but I would hire them again if I needed this type of service.
