They replaced my well pump and well bladder, to accommodate the new sprinkler system they installed... and they did so in a timely and affordable manner. "It's a little difficult for me to rate him properly and fairly. My experience was probably not typical - bottom line, he had looked at my job previously and then a few days later (while I was away from home), he apparently just came back and replaced some sprinkler heads; and then I received a bill in the mail for parts and labor later, without any comments or estimates from him prior to showing up. I ended up paying him for parts only (that was my decision) and cutting ties with his service. Had another independent come over, who replaced the 'new' sprinkler heads with ones that were of superior quality (that person has since retired). I felt duped, since I never was kept informed what was to be done - and when - and with type of materials/brands used. Steve is probably very good at his job - just in my case, I was not happy at how the (unauthorized) job was done. Would be very hesitant to hire him again due to this experience. It's been a few years since I hired him."
