"I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Lifetime Roofing and Renovation, specifically under the leadership of Project Manager Yonas Mesmer. My recent experience with their services was nothing short of outstanding. From the outset, Yonas and his team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency that is increasingly rare in todayâ s construction industry. They were thorough in their assessments, ensuring that every detail was accounted for before work began. Throughout the project, the team maintained a pleasant demeanor, which made the experience much more enjoyable. They communicated clearly and effectively, keeping me informed of progress and any necessary adjustments. It was evident that they valued my input and worked collaboratively. One aspect that truly set Lifetime Roofing apart was their commitment to cleanliness and care. Each day, they meticulously cleaned up the worksite, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, they went above and beyond by replacing inadvertently disturbed plants during the project. This thoughtful gesture, while not required, demonstrated their dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail. In summary, I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing and Renovation and Yonas Mesmer for any roofing or renovation needs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service make them a stand-out choice."

"Replaced our woodshake roof with a standing seam metal one. We live in an area with lots of trees and needed the extra protection for our roof to last decades. Roofcraft not only gave us the best price, but thoroughly explained all material options. They truly delivered on their word and I?m happy I trusted them with my project."

"ODR was quick to identify problem areas. The original problem was with water trickling down a bathroom vent pipe. ODR said the flashing around the vent needed to be replaced. He recommended on all vents. He also identify other problem areas. All done with care and professionalism. Thankful for the one-stop shop. Thanks Oscar!"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"Poor communication from the installation crews No announcement of arrivals or departures. The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules."

"I asked 4 different companies for an estimate to replace the shingles. Three of the contractors walked the roof and emailed an estimate. Not Apollo, after Simon walked our roof, he provided a presentation of work needing to be done, had samples of the material they use and answered all my questions. Apollo's quote was in the middle of the other ones I received but because Simon took the time to look and discuss the job, he was able to give me a detailed quote on the spot which made me feel confident in choosing Apollo Roofing. The work was completed in a week with the best crew. The roofers were courteous, kept the area clean and were approachable with any questions I had during the installation. We also had them install new gutters and down spouts. The roof is beautiful and new gutters with down spouts complement the great workmanship"

"Empire Roofing Builders did an outstanding job replacing our flat roof. Roman took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean every day."

"Fernando and his crew arrived on time, inspected the roof and explained what needed to be done, showing photos of the problem and giving me an estimate. They then purchased and replaced several broken concrete roof tiles for a reasonable price and showed me photos of the finished job. He is very courteous and professional."

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."
