"One of our rental homes had a bad house fire. We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. "Joe was fantastic in resolving these repairs at my mother's 100 year old house. Working through a federal program for funding, Joe provided the estimate quickly and within budget. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. I will hire him for any of the items I need done at mom's or my house. Thanks Joe and crew."
