"Technician came out and looked over yard. He was able to advise what we need and perform the work for us. Our yard looks so much better. The technician came back each time for the treatments and would check with us to make sure we were happy and everything was going as expected. One treatment, our dog was outside in the backyard. The office called to ask us to put dog inside so they could go in backyard. I wasn't home. The technician offered to go to another customer and return in a few minutes to give me time to retrieve our dog. He did return and the treatment was done. They have gone out of their way to make me happy and to fulfill every request I had with regard to our lawn. Highly recommend!"

They brought out pieces of all the pipe and tile that was being used and explained how everything was going to work. They were respectful with communicating the times they would be working, they were respectful not using any profanity while working. The job was done in a timely manner. The most impressive thing was that they replanted our rhubarb plant and replaced or upgraded any issues with our sprinkler system as they went along. "Adam called ahead to give me his arrival time, and arrived just as he'd said. He reviewed problem, and described the repair he'd be doing. Also indicated that he'd improve the situation by not just replacing the broken part, but by also adding some length to the line to remove a potential for another kink in the line (this was likely reason for initial problem). He fixed the problem within 15 minutes, and removed the potential for a repeat of the problem. Outstanding work. Normally I do my sprinkler repairs, but this looked more complicated than I wanted to do, so glad that Adam made it look easy. $100 for visit, but only $18 more for repair.. well worth the piece of mind knowing it was fixed right."

"We use Great Lakes Land care Inc.  They were here April 16th, 2016.  It's $800 a year and we don't know if that's a good price or not because we haven't done any price comparison.  The quality of the work is fine.  We have no complaints about them.  They do some other services while they are here and they could let us know so that we know if we can have the children or pets out or what things are needed to know.  We're using them this year and we had them last year."
