"Al showed up, understood what I needed, made suggestions, got back to me with an estimate when he said he would, did the work without me needing to check up on it, and called when it was done. I always judge people by how they handle things that don't work: some crack-filler that Al used on my front steps didn't hold, so I called and left a message. He went by and fixed it with no questions asked before I even had a chance to follow-up with him. Professional and friendly."
