"Vinyl tile flooring project took longer than expected. Owner missed the estimate for materials and we ended up having to buy more, which caused further delays. After the second purchase we ended up having a whole box of extra materials that we can’t return. Installer did a poor job on the caulking of our baseboard. Since the project took longer than expected I think they were rushing to get out. We found lots of vinyl materials in vents and adhesive materials stuck to our new floors all over. I expect dust but not these things."

"Luis and Chiara were outstanding. Their communication was consistent and they ensured that I loved every step of the process. I felt very involved and they took all of my feedback seriously. They covered every surface evenly and left no gaps or awkward transitions. They went above and beyond to make sure the plan for a transition was in place even though they were not responsible for installing it. They also too the time to match the pattern of the tile up onto part of the wall so it flowed visually. Small details were noticed. I plan to use them any time my house needs work and go through them for all of my future jobs. Highly recommend. They even met my new twins!! They really cared about me and the work they did. The first was to install a faucet in our new home and about a year later Brian helped us install an in-wall AC unit in our sunroom after our original one died unexpectedly. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects.
