They made a preliminary visit to familiarize themselves with the cats and our house before we went away. They are a very professional organization. I particularly like getting pictures of my cats while I am away. I have high confidence in them now that we have used them for 2 trips (one 15 day trip and a 4 day drip). They are slightly more expensive than some competitors, but in my mind the excellent experience we had more than compensates for the additional expense."

I did not know they had come out and wondered how much they knew to charge - later saw their paper estimate in the yard as it had blown off the door handle. I also sent a photo of the tree. I called, the lady said they were busy but would call in two weeks to set up a time for that week. That week came and went. I called -she said they would contact me the end of the week to set up a time for the following week. She never called so I called again. I pressed her for a commitment and she promised they would come the end of the week. I told her if something comes up just let me know. No workers showed up and no one called me. Very disappointed at being treated as if I was not a valued customer. The only thing I can figure is that they decided my job was not big enough for them. What else could it have been."
