We enjoyed the experience and fence so much we immediately called Bill again 7 years later when we needed our new Vanguard fence for our new home. "Howard came and looked at the issue and gave me an estimate. Once I contacted him to schedule the appointment, I received an appointment in less than a week. The door sweep was an add-on on that he fixed that same day for one of the doors. The other door we had to research and find an appropriate door sweep. He helped me find the door sweep and it was ordered online. Once it came in, Harold installed within a couple of days. For some reason the first caulk did not work on my shower tile. Harold came back and fixed within one week with a different caulk. This caulk is working fine. I was happy with the service and would definitely use Howard again."

They showed up on time with a 7-man crew, so the job was completed in one day. Six years after the job was done, my basement is still bone dry - so dry it actually gets dusty! My crawlspace is so low a person can only crawl around, but they did a great job there, as well, installing a thick white vapor barrier."
