"I liked him, he was good. The reason for the extra cost is we used all Delta products because he told me they are guaranteed for life. The only thing I have to say is that I have asked for an estimate to replace my tub with a Jacuzzi and I had one area of a faucet leaking and they did not return the phone call. I had a hard time getting this guy to come out, we played phone tag for several days but when he did come out, I was very pleased."

So drove out picked up part this place was amazing they seemed to have everything! will be going back. "It is not a very big company. They are very small. They are very honest. I love the way they clean with the products they use. Nothing is harmful or harsh. I have been using them for years now. I do it like twice a year. At the end of the year and around the summer. I get a discount if I take the protection program for the whole year. So when they come I do not have to pay at that time unless there is a repair or something breaks down. One time, my engine died. It was unbelievable the time it took them to repair. It only took them like two days."
