Glen came out quickly to assess the situation and even though this happened on Friday, Carlos was here Saturday pulling out damaged carpet and flooring. We had fans set up to dry out the affected areas and all the materials removed were bagged up and taken to be safely disposed of. Dana and her team are TOP notch and I cannot say enough good things about how she manages the work that needs to be done. This project consisted of remediation, removal and repair, and the repair team was TOP notch too! Amy and Dana clearly communicated timelines, details and every follow-up question I had was handled promptly and professionally.
