He quickly knew what needed to be fixed (the dryer heating element) and communicated well with me about what the issue was and assured he could fix it. Friday morning and advised he was somewhat booked for the day but would try to fit me in, probably early afternoon. He called at 1 PM, said he would be over shortly. I suspected it was the compressor but within 3 minutes or so of his arrival he diagnosed a faulty freezer fan, had it on hand and replaced within an hour.
