They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. "In New Smyrna and called 3 local plumbers in the phone book and nobody answered or called me back. Needing this done, I called BF as it seemed like a big company..They send plumbers the next day. Both guys were skilled and professional and they also did the hose bib for me..Hotwarer heater install was about $510 and the faucet was $135. I think all plumbers are expensive but was pleased with the work and professionalism."

"Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this? Additionally, Edgar was friendly, super competent, and efficient. I don't know why anyone would choose another vendor for plumbing. I'd give 10 stars, but only 5 were allowed."

"Husband tried a do it yourself bathroom faucet replacement. Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. Not sure what his regular rates are, but understood the $180 fee for a relatively easy, quick job being that it was not during regular business hours. Thanks Chris! Will surely call you again for any plumbing needs.

"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."
