It took Andrew 2 visits due to the size of the job- he showed up on time each day and worked non stop to complete the work. I waited to get through some rains to complete this review- since the work was done we have had several heavy rains and one intense storm that 100% would have caused the crack to leak- We have been 100% done dry. Andrew also provides a lifetime transferable warranty on all this work. I could not be happier with the work that was done."

"This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."
