Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "Chris and crew did a really good job on my roof and met all my expectations. Thy further solved my attic ventilation problems on my 130 yr. old home by installing edge vents and ridge vents. Needless to say I am very happy with the outcome. Additionally they fixed the straps on all my gutters which were improperly intalled."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. "Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.

"We had some shingles that had blown off on the back bay of our house that we needed repaired. I requested a quote from 6 companies that I found on Angies List, the majority I never heard from. Derek, the owner of Prime Square Construction, contacted me almost immediately and gave me a quote based on the photo I sent. He said he could be out the next day to do the work. He was timely, professional and honest. I could tell that he is very passionate about his work. In addition to the repair of the shingles on the back bay, Derek inspected the entire roof and repaired a cap that had a crack in it, this was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Prime Square Construction for your roofing needs."

"I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roofman!"

"It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."
