"I hired BCM Roofing to replace my roof and gutters after we suffered storm damage. They were fast, responsive, and professional. We also needed some interior drywall repair and BCM Roofing was able to recommend an appropriate contractor for this service as well. I would recommend BCM Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement."

"Bob meticulously repaired a trim issue that should have been corrected by the contractor who did my original installation. Expert workmanship and excellent communication skills speak to Bob's integrity. No regrets, no second-guessing! Money well spent on a job well done."

"We had 180 contractors come out for a estimate and was blown away by how professional Ken was. Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!"

"They did a very good job on replacing our vinyl siding on our shed in Highland. Job was fast and efficient. The installers knew what they were doing."

"The whole process was amazing from Brendan answering all of our questions, to Lauren making us feel comfortable, the installers being prompt and efficient, and the install team of Walter Devan and Mike overseeing the project! Even had Mike out to make some minor adjustments today! Next project is siding and will be calling Brendan again for a smooth process!!"

After more than a decade in the industry, we kept seeing the same pattern: owners overpromised, underdelivered, and left both crews and customers scrambling. Too much energy went into marketing and lead generation—and customers quietly paid for it. That frustration is why we started Verified Roofing & Siding.\n\nWe’re built differently. We show up, listen to what you actually need, and inspect the project thoroughly—scope, materials, and measurements—so the quote we give you is accurate, honest, and designed to solve the real problem.\n\nBecause we keep overhead lean and skip the big marketing budget, you don’t subsidize ads in your price. You get fair pricing, careful workmanship, and respectful treatment from start to finish. Our goal is simple: when the job is done, the experience is so positive that you tell family and friends.

"I would recommend this company to friends. They were definitely the most comprehensive roof system of the companies we vetted. Some promises were made by the salesperson that weren't kept by the installation team - arrival time of work crew (said 7:30-8, was actually after 9), time needed to complete work (said one day, they had to come back a second day). There was snow on the ground on installation day, so a thorough cleanup couldn't be performed immediately, which I understood. I was told someone would be out again as soon as the snow melted. However, it was over 3 weeks later, and the snow had been melted for 2. So we had a yard full of nails and asphalt shingle debris for 3.5 weeks - not great for tires or dog paws. Some railing of our porch was damaged, but the clean up person fixed it while here and they are going to reimburse us for two damaged solar lights. Honestly, the roof is great, it was everything else that nudged them down."

"Great experience and timely completion"

"Good afternoon to home owners like my self, who research and read looking to find the most trustworthy home improving company. Look no further Shelby construction, who started doing a project for my house Roof windows and gutters cared enough before the project started to ensure me that the size mess of the four layer tear off along with cedar shake, which would than end up my roof needing a full new roof decking. This type of tear off would leave a portion of the roof ending up on the interior side of the attic over the old insulation. Needless to say with a phone call & clear, and honest explanation. My attic now is above and beyond the state code for good our value which is brought to my tension for heating and cooling. The very next day I felt the difference. I’m glad I did it. Thank you Shelby Construction & Thank you Michael ."

"Chris and crew did a really good job on my roof and met all my expectations. Thy further solved my attic ventilation problems on my 130 yr. old home by installing edge vents and ridge vents. Needless to say I am very happy with the outcome. Additionally they fixed the straps on all my gutters which were improperly intalled."
