"Bed bugs were discovered in my apt. Property Mgmt stated I had to pay for treatment regardless of not knowing where they came from. Property Mgmt hired a different company. The company they hired was disrespectful as well as had the wrong treatment picked for this situation. After putting me through unacceptable distress, I chose to hire HiLow. Mr. Gomez was kind, informative, empathetic, and extremely professional. I was finally able to alleviate an enormous amount of stress. The technician was also fabulous! Thank you Mr. Gomez!!!! So far no bugs and it's been 30 days."

"Robert was very knowledgeable about flea investation. He called to checked up on the situation. I highly recommend him to help with any pest control."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"Mario was superb! Thorough, honest, and genuine with his approval pest control. His knowledge is amazing and made me feel confident with the decisions made. Plus, he was friendly, professional and made me feel like "this guy cares about his customers and doing a good job". Highly recommend Mario!"

"John responded to request in a matter of hours. Other pest control companies either did not respond to my requests or could not show up at my house for three or more weeks. John said his experience was that, if someone calls a pest control company, they want help as soon as possible. He showed up on time. John was very thorough in inspecting for signs of mouse infestation. He explained everything that he was doing and what needed to be done to address this issue. He also inspected for other pests (spiders, wasps, etc.) The price was very reasonable, and I signed up for quarterly inspections to ensure that there would be no problems in the future. Highly recommend."

"HiLo called me within minutes. Inspected my home with estimate within 2 hours. Made my decision as to which plan - very reasonable and technician treated my home immediately. Wonderful professional technician and company. Veteran owned and run. I will continue using this group - returning every 2 months. So far so good - no spiders or other pests! Definitely recommend this company - Bill at the office and Leroy at my home."

"First visit was acceptable. Need to see future applications to observe the bugs control."

"Sierra IPM was extremely professional in quickly addressing my pest control needs. Having a kitchen full of ants can ruin your day but John was able to assess and eliminate the issue in a short period of time. The techs are knowledgeable and go the extra mile with suggestions on preventative actions and future pest prevention plans."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
