"Tony was great to deal with. He is very kind and knowledgable. His workers are professional, kind, skilled, and trustworthy. Our house had many leaks and cracks, which they patched up well and fixed just before the rain. They painted our house and it looks great! We also had them replace two entry doors. All of this was done right on schedule. The one thing I would look for next time is prepping the job site a little more before beginning so clean-up is easier. However, I addressed this with Tony and they cleaned up well. All said and done, my wife and I are very happy. I vouch for their abilities, and would hire them again. (The photo attached is a before and after of the paint job. We have since done landscaping. It looks finished and amazing now.)"

He finished the task in a reasonable amount of time and gave me some informal estimates in some other work we would like completed in the future. We will definitely have him back to do that work! "Unfortunately there were a series of mishaps that resulted in the team arriving many hours early, while the movers were still working. This situation meant that the work couldn't be accomplished in any way as thoroughly or quickly as I had planned. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned fairly well, but everything else got what my Mom used to call "a lick and a promise". I ended up running the vacuum cleaner around and wiped down corners and baseboards after they'd gone, and the refrigerator was left dirty. Thank goodness I'd already cleaned the oven myself a few days earlier.
Let me say that I like these folks and truly wish them well. I expect that if they had been able to arrive at the time we'd originally scheduled, that the work would have been completed satisfactorily. I wish that they had been able to honor the original agreement; they did their best, I know, but as it happened, I was disappointed in the result.

"..They spent a lot of time up stairs cleaning a bedroom and two bathrooms. The end result was satisfactory.  The living room and dining room were alright, however, a 72 year old candle holder was broken and nothing was said. The kitchen was poorly taken care of. The family room  and office were satisfactory.
The problem was the same as any other agency.  They are in such a hurry to leave that they are careless and do not treat your property with respect.

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
