"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"No problems with the quality of the work or the time it took, but it was surprisingly expensive. So much so that I almost regretted having the work done. The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. I should have looked over his shoulder more often and asked more questions, but I did not. Any repairman beginning additional repairs without asking really rubs me the wrong way and leads to a "B" rating at best and a "No" on hiring again. Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

"We were referred to Mr. Appliance by the Thermador (now Bosch) company and hired them to fix a recall issue with our double oven. We also purchased replacement handles for our oven and asked Mr Appliance to install them at the same visit. We were very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. The job involved completely removing and adding insulation to the walls of the oven. Unfortunately, after the recall work was completed the self cleaning mode of the oven failed to operate properly. Since I had no previous issues with the oven, Mr. Appliance took full responsibility and replaced the latch on the oven to resolve the issue free of charge. I was most positively impressed with their willingness to not only do excellent work but also to take responsibility for any problems that occurred. It took at least four visits before all the work was completed. I would most definitely hire them again. We payed only for the handle replacement work."
