He was professional, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. What a great concept, sending a specialist. Not only was he very good at his job, the cost was less than half of what I was quoted by other plumbing companies who would have sent our a licensed plumber that I really didn't need. "Of the several things that broke (sewer clogged, refrigerator, ice maker, water dispenser) only half of one thing was covered. It takes days or weeks to find out if it is covered. The companies they send out are not the best. Some tried to sell me services I didn't need, the others took forever to get parts and return. After finding out the work wasn't covered, I found better companies, paid them out of pocket and had a much better outcome. I think the $300 I spend on the warranty would have been better spent on service companies that I judged as quality. I did not renew this warranty and would never buy it again."
