"Richard arrived promptly, as promised.  He quickly disassembled the washing machine and identified the problem as a worn-out pump with a faulty seal.  Since he had no replacement pump in his truck, he immediately procured one at a nearby supplier, returned to my residence, and installed it---all within a short time.  The job was completed with a very nice cleanup.  A well- done service call all around!  I would not hesitate to call Richard if I have another appliance problem. <br />"

"I called Crest Appliance Repair at about 9:30AM and Gilbert Rubin arrived before 1:00PM. He called twice to update me on his estimated arrival time. He told me the cost of the service call (i.e. cost to come out and diagnose the problem). and he clearly stated that amount would apply towards the cost of the repair if I chose to have him fix the problem. Gilbert was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to help me carefully unload all the food from the freezer into coolers so that he could access the mechanical components that reside behind the back wall of the freezer. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had it repaired very quickly. It took less than 1.5 hours from start to finish including unloading and reload the freezer. Gilbert happily offered to help reload everything as well. It was a Friday morning when I called, so I would have lost all the food in both the freezer and the refrigerator if Gilbert had not been able to respond with a same-day visit.
