"I couldn't be happier. I received a quote from another company that we've used for years and something didn't seem right to me and I decided to get a second opinion. Mark came over and tested my water and explained several things to me (the other company said my water tank needed to be replaced, Mark told me my tank was fine). He also presented several options (I could fix the existing neutralizer or get a new one - the other company gave me a much higher quote to fix the dinosaur neutralizer they installed over 10 years ago. We decided to replace the system with a new one. Mark also included re-routing the exiting water, removed a filter and moved the neutralizer before our water heater, which the other company installed it after the water went through the water heater. The technician showed up an hour early (he called me to let me know, the weather got really bad in the afternoon - ice) and was amazing. He talked me through what he planned to do, was neat, checked all the toilets prior to leaving (fixed one that was running) - I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend this company to anyone - they are honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable."
