A few things really stood out. 1) He did a furnace flue piper install that he could have charged us much more for if he had wanted to take advantage of us - but he was honest and we paid less than we feared. He also went the extra mile helping my wife and I through a warranty claim with the furnace company so that we did not have to pay extra part costs. It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered. He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. "I couldn't be happier. I received a quote from another company that we've used for years and something didn't seem right to me and I decided to get a second opinion. Mark came over and tested my water and explained several things to me (the other company said my water tank needed to be replaced, Mark told me my tank was fine). He also presented several options (I could fix the existing neutralizer or get a new one - the other company gave me a much higher quote to fix the dinosaur neutralizer they installed over 10 years ago. We decided to replace the system with a new one. Mark also included re-routing the exiting water, removed a filter and moved the neutralizer before our water heater, which the other company installed it after the water went through the water heater. The technician showed up an hour early (he called me to let me know, the weather got really bad in the afternoon - ice) and was amazing. He talked me through what he planned to do, was neat, checked all the toilets prior to leaving (fixed one that was running) - I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend this company to anyone - they are honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable."
