Rain prevented him from digging immediately but he did what he could to make sure I had water until the repairs were done. Completed the job in less time than expected. I mentioned that I had a friend install a new toilet wax ring but my friend did not have the ability to trim the flange. Scott checked out the toilet, and noticed it was quite wobbly, and told me that this may further damage the flange or influence the slab integrity. "This is the 3rd time we have used Pat Pennington to resurface bathtubs. Each time the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the work is outstanding. He brings old bathtubs back to life. Whether the tubs are weathered and chipped or just the wrong color, it looks better than new after Resurf. He even re-grouted an area of the tub that had been filled in inappropriately with caulk. Pat returned my initial call quickly and worked with my schedule to complete the work- recommending that we replace plumbing fixtures prior to him coming in. He is friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I have recommended him to many friends, all of which have been equally pleased. "The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.
