We offer a wide range of plumbing services including broken pipe repair, cleaning of clogged main lines, fixture plumbing repair, gas plumbing and water system installation. "Horrible Service, thru and thru. Electrical Services thru Frye (they just merged) .... They kept and I mean kept sending kids out to perform services. Two kids (both under 23) are arguing about how the light switch and electrical outlet should be fixed and they both were wrong. Another tech had to come back out to fix their mess ups. A waste of time and they did not wear their shoe booties properly. Walked outside in the rain with them on an came right back in my house with their wet rainy shoes and made mud marks all in the house, right after my house cleaner left and HOPE never cleaned up after themselves. Not only the rain and mud weren't wiped up but the dust and debris from the job wasn't cleaned up either. Extremely upset. Then I was told about 2 issues in my control panel box that needed to be replaced, even though they just did those services last year, and they wanted to charge to fix what they did wrong less than a year ago. Before/After pics were never provided. "

We offer full service residential plumbing services to customers looking for "long-term" and "efficient" solutions. We work on the following plumbing items - toilets, sinks, water heaters, tankless water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, faucets, garbage disposals, drains, gas lines, clogged drains, water lines, main lines, and all other non-listed residential plumbing needs.
"I contacted Service Plus/Hope Plumbing on a Friday around 4 p.m. after the gas company shut off service due to a leak, leaving my tenant without heat. They charged a $675 diagnostic fee (which they later offered to remove) and quoted $2,130 for repairs, promising the total would be no more than that. After more than eight hours on-site, they said all leaks were fixed and the line was holding pressure. An hour later, the gas company retested the line and it failed. Despite repeated calls, no one returned until Monday at 11 a.m., nearly 40 hours later. The new technician said the home needed a full re-pipe for an additional $1,500 and told us the account would go to collections if we didn?t pay for the failed repair. He also asked my tenant if she wanted the gas turned back on despite an active leak. I hired Absolute Comfort, who found and fixed the real issue in under 30 minutes for $650. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them."
