Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day. Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. I texted Mike, he replied within 24 hours, and his team was back on the roof within 3 days - no questions asked and no $ required. It was fixed quickly and thoroughly. We had crazy rain in Brooklyn since then, and everything is fixed and fine. Really appreciate their work and customer service. Thank you!"

"We hired Four Seasons again (after they redid our siding) to replace our existing roof, which was about 15 years old and in bad shape. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"Rich gave me a competitive estimate to replace my roof (full ripoff), skylights and gutters. He also noted some vinyl siding damage caused by squirrels and agreed to repair it since they also do siding. He was very relaxed and personable and made a good impression so I decided to go with him. I had already talked with another Angie List A+ rated contractor who spent the whole time badmouthing all other roofers. Very obnoxious. Dormer Doctor performed the job over 2 days and it came out terrific. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"Because of the severe deterioration of previous paint jobs, AAA Custom Painting needed to sand, grind and scrape about 2/3 of the house down to bare wood before they could power wash, re-sand, prime and paint our entire home. It was a very hot Spring and they had to wear complete body cover and face respirators for the sanding/grinding preparation, but they came every day that the weather cooperated and worked for hours and hours in the hot sun. The whole job took quite a long time (6 1/2 weeks), partly due to weather and partly because they don't usually work weekends, but both the owner, Andres Osses, and all of the workers were always friendly and easy to talk to about everything we wanted.  They even started coming on Saturdays when we told them that we had an important deadline for finishing the job. 
Not only did they do an outstanding job painting the house, but they also paid attention to all the details, like patching cracks and holes in our very old wood siding, and removing light fixtures and downspouts to paint behind them so nothing was missed.  They also cleaned up after themselves and put everything back when they were all done.
Our only (minor) complaint was that it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with Andres and he didn't always let us know when they would or would not be at the house, but the bottom line is this:
THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE (and their estimate was lower than other companies for the exact same work).  THE HOUSE LOOKS FANTASTIC AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT."

"Very admirable, i checked the list and his name came up. He came out and looked at the garage door, he said it wasn't anything in his line of work. Anyway, I stated he had come up under garage doors. He said he didn't know how, but it was okay. He then asked about my previous siding job from a different company, and i said they had left some piles of wood, and that the planks were too large for the garbage people to take them away. He stated he could cut them in half for me since he had a saw in the back of his truck, and he did not want my money for the service. I offered him 10$ for the service but he refused. I would recommend this company, and feel the deserve to be at the top of the list. He went out of his way to give me some help and didn't require payment. So very nice of him!"
