Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now."

Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"Quality and reliability all rolled into one roofing contractor. Several weeks ago LCT installed a new roof on our home. We were delighted with the workmanship and the quality of the workers. Several weeks later, during a severe wind storm, the cap blew off our chimney pipe. (This had no bearing on the work they had done; it was completely storm related.) Despite being bombarded with calls because of roof damage from the storm, Luis and his crew squeezed us in and replaced the cap before rain was expected. "LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"
