They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Edited below...They recently replaced a vinyl fence for me. I highly recommend them! They responded promptly (always!), left a clean jobsite (always!) and completed the job even though it meant working a full Saturday. Our problem was our dogs could get out of our pickets on the previous fence so they installed several panels and then had us test with the dogs to make sure it would work. It needed some modification which they cheerfully added. Definitely will be using them for future projects! Requested their help on a smaller project, they came out and looked and then I never heard back from them. A courtesy call to say they weren't interested would have been nice. I was waiting on their slow time to do yet more work, back to the drawing board!!"
