"Shane and associates did a fantastic job of finding us the best water system to help clean up our water. Shane tested our water and also went by an independent water test that we had performed on our new well water and determined that we needed a regular water softener (he originally said we'd also need an iron curtain to remove excess iron but then found out that our level of iron was not high enough to need this) which was Hellenbrand and an S & Q ultraviolet light to kill the bacteria found in the well water. Shane was great at describing everything that we needed and how it would all work and his work turned out to be excellent. He even had to instruct the plumber on how to properly set up the plumbing lines as they were not totally hooked up right and he did so with patience and accurateness. Once everything was set up correctly, we ended up with much cleaner and softer water in our new home! A follow-up water bacterial count showed that the bacteria was being destroyed by the UV light that was installed. Whenever I have had to call Water Systems of Alabama with questions or issues with the new water equipment, they have been professional and kind."

"Very well. This was our initial cleaning on our newly constructed home that we moved into (5) years ago. The tank was near to full capacity. The technicians advised that we add an extension onto the screen filter for easier access to their recommended “every-six-month-cleaning” of same. It’s currently underground and must be dug up for cleaning. They also advised that the septic tank be cleaned every (4) yrs."

"Toilet worked for two-three weeks, then stopped flushing. Work is guaranteed, but when I called back, I was told it was a different problem. I think the problems are related, but the presenting symptoms were different. The service was not commensurate with the amount of money charged! I was told the toilet would undergo a "rebuild". I thought this would entail several new parts and require an hour or more. In reality, the toilet rebuild was a simple replacement of the float in the toilet tank. I have replaced that part before for approximately $20.00. This rebuild was right at $300.00! I was told the price was high because of the three-year warranty. The warranty, however, did not apply when the presenting symptom changed. I feel taken advantage of, and frustrated with the experience."
