"Based on the Angie's list reviews I contacted the concrete store for an estimate on repairing the apron part of my driveway. I left a message but was immediately contacted by Todd. We arranged for a time for him to come by and he was punctual. His estimate was not the lowest but again, based on reviews I selected his company. They had a problem, when removing the damaged concrete, the crack continued another 2-3 feet. Even though this was an additional expense, the bill was not increased. "The project went GREAT from start to finish! Matt even squeezed in the re-doing of my garage floor the day before he went on vacation. He explained the process in detail and patiently answered my many, many , many questions. (No, not a typo!) "It was like $3,000 for $6,000 air conditioner so I couldn't complain. They're very good. They do service, they come once a year and clean my air conditioner, my vents and all that stuff. I bought my air conditioner from them three years ago, and I had a really good price on it, and they stood by it. They showed up quickly when I called them which everybody else you have to wait two to three weeks because it was summer, and they were busy. They did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient, friendly. They gave me a great price. I could not ask for a better installer. It was wonderful. They put a whole new--see I live in Florida so everything has got to be hurricane-proofed--so  they put in a new concrete slab pad in for the air conditioner to make sure it will be durable and last, that it won't get flooded close to the ground and everything. For overall, definitely A. I have gotten three or four different appraisals and theirs was the cheapest and the best equipment. One of them wanted $6,500 for basically the same unit. I can't remember the name of the other one but they're popular in this area. Quality, responsiveness were definitely an A. They were out here within like 24 hours when I called them. They were right on time. They even called me, told me they would be a few minutes early if that was okay because they finished another job earlier and that was definitely okay. They were real good about that. Professionalism is definitely an A. I am still using them. My next air conditioner will probably come from them too when I need another one in a few years. <br /> <br /> I am on a three-year contract that I got when I bought the air conditioner so they came out and handled everything for me. That's basically free. I think it's like a $159 for three years of service contract and they come out every year and check your equipment, make sure you're good to go for summer and all that."
