"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! THANK YOU SERVICE STAR!"

"I had to have my complete HVAC system replaced and I hired David Gray. What a wonderful experience. The three gentlemen that did the installation, Gabe, Zahkeem, and Muhamed were so professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and were very meticulous, making sure everything was perfect and once installed they made sure everything was cleaned up and they made sure I understood how to use the new thermostat. They should be highly commended on their work ethics and professionalism. Highly recommend David Gray."

"????? "Absolutely Stellar Service from Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services!" I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services! From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the final installation of my new heat pump, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction."

"Dave is absolutely fantastic! Our hot water heater began leaking a small amount of rust water; turns out it was 21 years old. Dave got us the hot water heater we wanted for a fair price. The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate him. Thank you Dave!"

"We are very happy with our new A/C system, and are glad we chose One Hour Air to install it. Thank you!!"
