Build it, fix it, or remodel it, I can do it all! A one man show that has been doing this my whole life. From growing up on a farm to running a business of various services, I've been "in the business" of building, fixing, and/or maintaining anything and everything that has to do with a home. All jobs figured on my hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. No "set fees" regardless of time. (many companies do this KNOWING that they can get things done quickly, thereby making over $100/hr. on some jobs) I've built decks, garages, homes, and additions. I've remodeled kitchens, baths, basements, and virtually every room in a home. I've ran equipment, developed roads, driveways, and fixed drainage issues. I've replaced water heaters, faucets, dishwashers, washers and driers. Doors, windows, pet doors, and skylights are familiar to me. Various kinds of fencing, gates, and pet containment. If it has to do with home repair, maintenance, and/or improvement chances are I've done it. Give me a call and see what I can do for you.

"Some call backs were required to fix leaks and one poorly sliding window but the workmen were very competent and we are very pleased with the final result. The windows operate well are easy to clean and block street noise amazingly well. Ours is a two story house so the installation was challenging on the upper story."

"I was quoted a good price to install five new interior doors. I was told it would be completed in three days. Randy communicated well and was polite but after five days, Randy had only partially completed three doors. His work was subpar and we parted ways. Finish carpentry is not his strong suit."
