Answered all my questions and took the time to go in detail on their service. My only small complaint was no treatments above eye level. The tech was able to de-web a few high corners and that was fantastic. But personaly, I wish I could just napalm the place and "feel" 100% sure that every nook and cranny has been treated. "We moved into a new home build which is very close to a mountain. We saw 5 live scorpions inside out new home on the day we closed! We called on Friday evening and we were able to make an appointment and have someone there the next day in the afternoon. We were impressed with the gentleman that came to service our home. He not only sprayed the house inside and outside, but gave us lots of information about scorpions that I was not aware of. I feel more prepared to deal with the scorpions as we are really in their territory. The week after the spraying we found 7 more scorpions inside the house and garage, but they were all dead."

"He came when I was there, and I showed him all the things I wanted and renovated. I told him I wanted the estimate broken down, because they are different projects. One is outside of the house, and then another on the inside of the house, and then I also have a garage that was converting, and I haven't gotten all the stuff. He has contacted me, and has given me a partial. He has to get all the subcontractors out and get the specific people to tell him how much they will charge. He has access to the house through the realtor, so he can let specific people in to go and see there for the estimates. I haven't made a decision yet. He has been responsive to any questions. He had a good rating on Angie's List. He originally told me he would have the quotes to me before the end of the year, but he didn't. He did call me though. He responded, and we corresponded, and he seems to be good, but I don't have enough experience yet. "
