"To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile. I was very pleased with this company and I will definitely call them back. Not only do I feel pleased that I called Movers of America but I felt safe that my furniture would be in perfect shape. Because of circumstances beyond my control, they arrived at my new home before me and then did so much to help me get into my apt. with my 2 small dogs and a cat...and a bed that was still in its box! It was a very cool night...late and Patrick retrieved the box containing my Vornado Space Heater, set it up near my bed so "You can be warm when you go to sleep".
