"Dawn and Carmine gave fast response and detail quote to customer. We discussed our usage and they recommended the high recovery water heater model to fit our need. Installation job is professional and fast. Technicians showed up on time and completed the job in about 1 hour. Our unit is located on 3rd floor so it is considered a difficult job. I'd recommend garden state water heaters to my friends and family for their water heater replacement."

"We called PipeWorks for an emergency hot water heater replacement on a weekend. In approximately one hour, they had a technician, Pablo, at our house to assess the issue. Pablo was extremely professional and made safety during the COVID pandemic a top priority as he did his work. He was able to get us a replacement water heater and install it the same day and completed the job within a few hours of when he first arrived. He answered all of our questions, did a terrific job, and even called us later that evening when we had reached out through the main number with a follow-up question. We were so grateful for Pablo's expertise and professionalism."

"Robert Kula came out with helper Jason Valles to remove and replace my water heater. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. "Excellent customer service. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

"Pipe works is a true quality outfit. They cleared out a sewer main pipe with jets of water - whereas another local company recommended that the front sidewalk be ripped up and the main be replaced. They saved me nearly $4000. Honest as the day is long. I now use them for all the plumbing work in my home (its an old house) and have been very please with all the personnel and work that has been done. I'm a very happy customer."
