"Pipe Works is a team of real pros, from beginning to end. First, you have Tricia (sales) and John (system design specialist) helping me figure out the right system up front. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

"Al was the most persistent in responding to my request for a plumber, so I chose him even though he had no reviews yet because he was new to HomeAdvisor (but not new to plumbing). He came right on time to give an estimate. Al gave me options as to ways to handle the problem and his pricing seemed reasonable. He didn't try to talk me into the more expensive solution and said that he could do the job(s) right then. He finished the repairs quickly and was pleasant to deal with. "I have a 4 family house in Plainfield NJ.  One of the apartments sprung a leak in the ceiling.  We figured out it was the hot water pipe and had to turn off the hot water to all four apartments Thursday night.  I called Rob Friday morning and he was at the house in an hour!  He quickly checked out the situation and realized what needed to be done to repair the problem.  We discussed the problem and he quoted a reasonable price.  Rob performed the needed repairs on the spot within 2 hours.  I was very happy with the professionalism Rob displayed and would absolutely recommend his company to a friend.

"Ken arrived promptly, at the time we both agreed to, assessed the work on-site and started doing the replacement of the water valve feeding the washing machine. After which it became apparent that the main water valve into the house also needed replacement, so he did that as well. Upon returning the next day to install a new bathroom sink fixture and change out the cartridge for the basement shower, it was determined that the old water main valve was leaking. The old valve itself wouldn't close properly and so we agreed to a new shunt around the old water shutoff value, so the old valve no longer had any water flow passing through it. Ken cut and installed new pipe to bypass the old water main valve. Ken proceeded to disassemble the basement shower valve to see which control cartridge for the shower and took a picture to get the right replacement for the next day's work. Ultimately, the shower assembly had to be completely replaced, because the the old cartridge was no longer made."
