Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

He and his team are innovative in creating solutions to what I consider a non typical repair job. I thought they did a good job in spite of a frustrating situation with the siding. They work fast too, this re-roof and repair work were done in a normal working day (8-5). Now "I gotta guy" for our next job when we need something done. "I had two wall sections with damage that needed to be repaired with new drywall and paint. Vitaly from Apex Design Build did a beautiful job on the walls -- I'm very impressed. I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. I have always been very impressed by how Apex Design Build cleans up everything when they are done working -- and they even took it away with them. Excellent work and in a timely manner for me."

Josh said and did what he was going to do even though I was skeptical from what other roofers were bad mouthing about AJ Roofing! The company replaced all rotten wood, upgraded ice & water felt and put in Pro-Architecural shingles. The company also re-roofed my garage, replacing the entire rotted out boards underneath the shingles! Truly remarkable transformation in two days time and before the weather changed! They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."
