"I ordered the replacement pad with the expectation that I would do this very small job myself, but decided to check out what a handyman would charge to do it for me. I emailed Roland yesterday morning and he responded very quickly with an estimate and a time that he was available. Roland showed up on time (awesome) and got to work. I told him that I wanted to watch him to the replacement so I would know how to do it the next time. He worked efficiently and cleanly and the whole thing was finished in 20 minutes. I will definitely call Roland the next time that I need handyman work done, which is quite often as I have a 70 year old house with a temperament."

"I claimed an offer from Angie's List for a tune-up. They called me the following day to schedule the appointment and were flexible on the dates and times available. The Technician arrived within my time slot and went right to work. He definitely knew what he was doing. My main issues was that my garage door was not shutting all the way down and leaving a gap at the floor that was letting cold air in. My pipes had frozen in the wall of the garage earlier this winter and I think this was the culprit. He lowered the door and tested it to make sure it was as flush as he could get it and tuned up the rest of the system. My garage temperature increased by 30* within 2 days of him coming out and now is staying at 52* consistently. So no more frozen pipes! I will definitely use this company in the future if I need a repair or replacement. Thanks!"

"I called for an appointment and they were available the next week.  Nick and Brad arrived punctually and were pleasant to work with.  I showed them where they could obtain water and mentioned that the screens were sometimes difficult to get into place correctly.  After that, they worked quickly and efficiently while I was on the phone for work meetings.  Everything looks great. <br /> I've had them clean windows for probably 6 or 7 years both at my prior home in Martinsville and at my newer home here in Westfield.  They are consistently great to work with.  <br /> Last year, one of my screens fell from the a second floor window during a storm the night after they cleaned.  It was damaged so I called and asked them about it.  They came out right away, picked up the screen, repaired it and had it re-installed within a day or two...this year they were particularly careful to get them in just right.  My screens are tricky so I appreciated the extra care and was glad not to have to mess with them myself. <br />"

"Steve did a great job. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He came and took all the blinds down on a Monday and had them back up and looking great the next day. He also replaced broken pieces on all of the blinds. They look as good as new! He was extremely polite, professional, and did the work in a timely fashion as promised. I have been trying to find a company to do this work for me for several months and couldn't get anyone to respond or come to our side of town. I'm so glad I found Steve on Angie's List to do the work."

"Doing some minor renovations on the house and needed some switches and plugs moved or installed new as well as adding 220 plugs in the garage. The original estimate was done via email without seeing the actual property, so we requested an on-site better estimate. This took a bit longer than expected to schedule. Once Jason Rickel provided the estimate and locked in a date, he and another guy showed up on time and completed the work in a day. There was a slight issue with the agreed upon location of some new plugs but he soon returned to take care of it."

"When selling our house, our realtor suggested suggested several small cosmetic improvements and suggested Whitlock Painting. They were able to quickly come out and door all of the projects. The crew was punctual, efficient, and quite tolerant of our five year old daughter. Shawn Whitlock (the owner) came out to check on the progress of the crew and out satisfaction several times. Because we were so happy with how things were going, we asked to expand the scope of the work a couple times. Each time, Shawn was happy to work with us and adjust his crew's schedule. When we were not satisfies with some of the trim work, he came out, took a look, and agreed that it was not what he had verbally told us would be done. Even though this was not specifically in the written proposal, he had his guys come back out and fix things up."

"First, my phone call with Dave was very helpful as he instructed me how to close the garage door even though the opener was not working. Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. I highly recommend this company and will hire them should I need them again in the future."

"Bone Dry Interior drywall repair and repainting. 11/13/19 through 11/19/19. Outstanding people and company. $6634 Bone Dry proved again that they are customer and quality focused. 1. Steve Conner came on 10/08/19 and worked with me on the estimate as I changed my mind three times what I wanted. He continued to adjust the quotes and the work being done as my ideas and budget concerns crystallized. I signed the final contract on 11/04. He worked our project into their schedule so drywall repairs and repainting could be done while we were away on vacation, a win/win situation. 2. Drywall repair by Marvin was great as he called and spent 45 minutes walking through the entire house to understand what it was that we wanted done, and what we did not want done. Nail pops, paint chips, corner bead cracks, picture hanger holes, and 1 joint crack from 22 years of use. 3. Painting by Damien and his crew, sanded and then painted two coats for complete coverage with Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200. Damien called to make sure that the house was locked up correctly before he and his crew left on the first day. I did not find one paint drop on the furniture in the entire house and the floors had been swept as well. The walls look really clean and new, just what I wanted. 4. Steve Conner came back on 12/05 for a final walk-through. I had one concern that was a miscommunication where some of the picture hangers were replaced in 4 walls which I did not ask for. It made sense as I still had other pictures hanging on other walls. Steve had Marvin and Damien both come back on 12/18 and discussed repainting the entire walls, or being able to remove the hangers and repaint just those spots. They were able to repair those holes and repaint around them so that even I could not see where they had been. A true art. Overall a very satisfactory experience, and would highly recommend them for interior as well as exterior work."
