"My appointment window was 12 to 5 p.m, and they arrived about 4:30 p.m.  Due to my driveway being slanted, they couldn't start immediately but had to fill the small engine completely full with gas so it would run to power the cleaner.  After they returned from a nearby gas station they were very courteous and worked quickly.  They were very fair in the pricing of a large family room carpet, stairs, master bedroom, and upper hallway.  They gave me recommendations as to what to use the clean the carpet in the future to maximum its life and condition. <br /> I'm very pleased with the service I received, and would gladly use Stanley Steemer again. <br />"

"<p>Provider was over a half hour late, which wasn't a big deal as I'd planned to be home all day.  Two young men got to work immediately and worked very efficiently.  However, the carpets didn't come as clean as when my husband and I have rented a steamer and done it ourselves.  You can see where we had rugs over the carpets, and the "un-rugged" areas of the carpet look dingy.  The carpet is several years old but in excellent condition as we rarely wear shoes on it.  As the carpet was being steamed, you could see it was being cleaned but I was disappointed that the entire carpet does not appear to be clean.  My husband and I will be doing it again before the holidays.  </p> <p>  </p> <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Wendy's window cleaning showed up in the morning around 8:00 A.M. and immediately got to work. Everyone looked like they knew exactly what they were doing and began to wash the house in no time. As two of the crew started to pressure wash, two others began cleaning my gutters, by hand! I have a two story house and they reached the top of my house with no problem. Overall it took them about two and half or three hours and i'd say that's pretty quick. Not only was it done fast it was done well. When they were done, they handed me a bill and by the time i wrote the check they were already loaded up. Very good indeed."
