"Charles arrived as scheduled and performed the agreed upon cleaning. We added our gazebo, pathways, door steps, and porches after he arrived. I think he even cleaned our cool deck! The work was superior. My roof, that is 17 years old, literally looks brand new! They moved furniture, mats, pillows, etc. He took special care with our plants. He kept us informed as he cleaned. Everything looks pristine."

"Very well. We had a number of projects that we needed done, both interior and exterior. Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. Joe works steadily and efficiently getting more done each day than I would have ever thought possible. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and removed all debris from the premises. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe for “handyman” jobs. He seems willing to tackle most anything but told me up front that he doesn’t do plumbing."

"I would recommend Kenny from K&S to others in need of roofing work. He was professional, efficient, and reliable. Due to my own procrastination, my home still had broken roof tiles from Hurricane Irma, about 15 to 20 of them. My home insurance provider did an inspection recently and then sent me a letter giving me only 3 weeks to repair the tiles or they would end my coverage. Late one night this week, I reached out to several service providers through Angie's List. Kenny responded the next day and we set an appointment for the following day. Owner assured it would be no problem and would fit it in with existing jobs. Didn't hear from him for awhile, called to check in. As I suspected, he was busy but came right out, sank a new post exactly where I wanted. Now have a sturdy fence. For perceived inconvenience, he didn't charge for materials or labor.
