No piece of stone or rock was wasted. The guys actually picked up every rock and looked it all over to decide which side would present the best. Then if they didn't like the shape of it they chiseled it by hand until they were satisfied with its appearance and fit. We love our patio and know it is good quality which will give up many years of enjoyment. The price was fair and they cleaned up well after completion of the project and even laid out fresh soil, grass seed and hay to help the original yard come back. "I did not hire them right away. They gave me an estimate months earlier and kept following up. They were very good at getting right to it. They pulled up my old driveway in a very short period of time and graded everything. They really took care not to disregard my requests because I wanted it to be right. We finally settled on the most practical layout for drainage to flow properly. They also did a retaining wall at the same time with rear. I'm happy with the way it turned out. My only criticism is They had to work till late in the night to make sure the concrete smoothed out right. But they got it done right, so I'll leave them 5 stars."

Zach diagnosed poor drainage behind the wall as the reason the wall base was washing out. Zach had a detailed, competitively priced written proposal to me in under 24 hours. He offered to reuse some of the existing blocks to reduce the total cost. Our project was scheduled just a few weeks out, not months out like a couple other contractors had proposed.
