"These guys were FANTASTIC. Our 580 square foot deck has insane angles, two staircases, dry decking for an outdoor living space underneath the deck, and complicated joists and posts. They did an incredible job paying attention to detail and symmetry. Our deck was 50 years old and these guys had to tear it down and rebuild it with new materials. We found some issues with the top plates and instead of just bandaging it and moving on like most companies would do, they fixed it and made it better than it was before. We have a large outdoor living area underneath the deck so we chose Duxxbak dry decking. If youâ re not familiarâ ¦this is literally the hardest material to work with on an angled deck and they figured out every little tricky detail. They even created pieces that donâ t exist to make it work. I was especially impressed with Johnâ s mind :) The only negative to this material was that there was a lot of waste. This made the cost more expensive than any of us were anticipating. With that being said, Jesse worked with us in every way possible and couldnâ t have been any more genuine and honest throughout the process. Not only does it look beautiful, but it is structurally sound and will last forever. I truly do believe that you get what you pay for. Their labor may be a little more expensive than other quotes you may get, but I can promise you theyâ re worth every penny. Theyâ re detail oriented, clean, professional, and extremely good at what they do. They even worked in the rain some days and always left it clean when they left for the day. As a real estate agent, I see a lot of terrible decks and I can tell you that I will be recommending these guys to ALL of my clients in need of repair or new builds. 10/10 recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions!"

"Ken and his crew from Magnolia did a renovation of our large (900 sq ft, 18-foot elevation) 17-year-old deck which included new decking wood, new railing with horizontal stainless steel wire, new stair treads & risers. Most importantly, they dug out 15 support posts (6X6 wood, which had been placed directly in the ground and were beginning to rot) and properly placed them on above-ground poured concrete piers. Additionally, another 6 posts and support beam were added. I do believe you could drive a truck on the deck now. The crew worked tirelessly, completing this large project promptly. Their work was professional and craftsman-like, and the work area was kept clean. We are very happy with our new deck!"

Recently, they were hired to move some brush and logs on the property. I was very impressed with how they went the extra mile and manicured the far end of the yard after the removal of the brush. "Your problem solved not only did a total rip out of our bathroom but Dylan and Jared did all the work from installing the tub, the tile the vanity , installed all the plumbing fixtures , painted , repaired sheet rock , installed electrical switches , heated flooring and in addition they installed storm doors , deadbolts and cleaned up everything after each day of work , we didnâ t have multiple contractors in and out and in addition they installed a whole house water system, Dylan s expertise might be plumbing however he did a fantastic job on everything and he provided a detailed bill before they started and a detailed invoice afterwardsâ ¦ the cost was well within our budget and when it comes time to redo our basement, there is no doubt who we will call..
