"I followed up on an email they sent me about an old quote where I asked about their schedule to get this going. After two days of no response I emailed again. One day after that they finally responded but it was an automated notification for an appointment for them to come out to create another quote. I emailed asking what is this about since I wasn't consulted about this appointment and had yet to speak with a human. I had to send multiple emails to understand why I was getting an automated email and no answers to questions. Finally I get an email saying they're withdrawing from a quote. Very bizarre interaction that should have been fairly simple. I enjoyed speaking with the original worker, Damon, who made the original quote, but this email interaction gave me no confidence in their ability to communicate and get the job done, and I'll never know because they withdrew before we even got to that point because of their own inability to communicate."

After pressure washing, they returned a couple of days later, also bright and early, as was agreed and completed the seal and stain process. They were friendly, polite, and worked efficiently. "Jimmy and his crew cleaned the gutters and pressure washed my two-story 2500 ft house for $350. Jimmy's estimate was compatible, but I hired him because of his cheerful personality. They showed on time and worked efficiently until the job was done. In addition, they offered to do and did a few extra things, such as patching a few holes in the siding. I asked if they will pressure wash the deck and they did. That was a separate job. Great team, great job, great pricing. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again. "
